Feedback on Donation
The requester has received the donated goods. Here is his evaluation of the donation as well as a follow-up depiction of what he did with the donation.

Evaluation
Outstanding set of tools. Way more than what I had expected. All six boxes received. The Soldiers couldn't keep their hands off of them, they were all smiles, like kids in a candy store. They most especially liked the ratcheting wrenches. They had never seen those before. This definitely increased the job productivity of the mechanics section drastically. No more sharing the same worn out rusty tools between 4 mechanics; no more using improper tools for their jobs.


Follow-Up
What did you end up doing with the donation received?

The tool sets worked great. In preparation to give the Iraqi mechanics them I had their welder make 3 large ammo cans into secure boxes and bought three locks for them. Iraqi Army members were present for the handing over.
